Meet Lexi
Lexi Redmond is the Founder of the Happier Reading Project. Leveraging her consulting experience in leadership development and community engagement, Lexi aims to make work better for all by analyzing needs and pain points, sharing stories, and highlighting the experiences and voices of underrepresented communities. She has contributed her research and insights to publications such as the Journal of Business and Psychology and Forbes. She received her master’s in industrial/organizational psychology at Florida Institute of Technology. Lexi was recently named to the Learning Guild’s Thirty Under 30 2025 cohort for her work in the Learning and Organizational Development field.
When not at her 9-5, Lexi enjoys storytelling of any kind, whether that’s writing her next script, reading a good book, or attending the next big Broadway show.
Lexi’s favorite genre’s are romcoms, memoirs, and Black history of any kind.
